Research and Development represents a core activity at Royal Liverpool Pharmaceuticals (RLP), allowing for development of products, dose forms, and delivery devices. We look to respond to patient need in accordance with bona fide unsolicited orders from doctors or pharmacists who have demonstrated a case of special clinical need which cannot be met by a licensed product.
Research activity is delivered in collaboration with partners (NHS and Commercial) allowing for a joint approach between appropriately placed clinical & technical experts.
The manufacturing site actively supports Clinical Research (with links to Clinical Trials ranging from phase1 to phase4) delivered locally and across the NHS.
